我和太太去年10月结婚，I130已经批准。她本来是F1, 我们等排期送485。但现在一个问题，她今年春季在学校修了几门On line 课程。当时Adviser说没有问题。现在我们知道On line 课程最多可以算3 credit. 这样导致她没有修够12点，也就不是full time student. 她的F1就terminated. 我们昨天才知道。现在要申请reinstate F1. 不知道能不能reinstate? 另外即使reinstate, 她也out of staus 几个月。这样的情况能不能在美国Adjust status?大谢先
