8老师，我后来搜索了uscis，搜到一个电话号码1-800-375-5283，用来check case status by phone。里面提示按2可以针对丢失收据receipt联系他们，说这个电话可以联系representative，但是始终这个电话没有representative接，一直是重复的各种信息提示。一开始就提示我自己打入的是国际电话，不是美国国内电话，要按国际话费收费。

不知道如何才能找回receipt，或者直接找到case#？谢谢。整个通话的过程，我在中国都是按美国正常的上午9点办公时间打的电话，但是没有客服接线，不知道怎么回事。

-Just keep try again and again at different timing. It is alway like that even if you make a call in US.

When you call 800-375-5283, bypass all the long menu prompts, press 1-1-2-1-1-1 when you hear their greeting and you will get sent to a live person.
