请教老师！

我的朋友咋也注册不了，所以委托我上了来问老师。她是与美国公民结婚过来的，现有2年临时绿卡，年底到期。她老公现在提出让她回国，不给她申请永久绿卡，已经停了她的电话，网络。叫她7月底搬出房子、并说不再提供食物。她该咋办？
