PD2010/12，刚刚PERM approval，可是VB back to 1/1/2010， 现在要做140，不知我该不该付$1225提前拿到140为好？

-I don't think you need to waste your personal money unless you may lose job soon or need to use the approved I-140 to extend your H-1 beyond the 6-yr limit.  Up to you, anyway.

另外，月底打算回国，9月初回，如果8月或9月VB current了我只能等回来再file 485？

-Yes. You have to be physically present in US to file I-485.
