8 老师辛苦了。有父母绿卡面试的问题想向您请教 -
1. 移民局网站上说将会寄出面试通知，但尚未收到，应该仍在邮寄途中。父母都不会英文，面试时可否由我自己做翻译，-Yes.还是要请移民律师？-No.
2. 我母亲做了二次 Fingerprint, 我感觉第二次应该还是没有过。我们提交 485 申请时她 78 岁，现在刚过 79 岁生日，不知Fingerprint 是否还是必须？-Yes.
3.因为面试时有可能被要求提供 Police Clearance， 所以想提前准备。我查了我们 County Police 的网站，他们可以提供两种相关的文件
A. Criminal Record Search/Background Check （应该会提供详细的犯罪记录）-This one, but it is not the detailed background check, but no criminal record only. USCIS will do the completed background check. By the way, your mother also needs to provide the non-criminal record from teh Police Department in China. 叫国内当地派出所出个证明, 证明到她离开中国为止她在中国没有犯罪记录, 然后去公证处作个公证。
B. Letter of Good Conduct （就是一个表上签个字）
不知道哪个更符合移民局的要求
