谢谢8老师回复！Notice of intent to deny 中提到“Submit the evidence to the address listed in the top right corner of the first page." 那个地址是field office 的地址。我想应该寄去就行。问题是，Record of Sworn Statement (Fingerprints) 里面写道“I, _____, acknowledge that the above named officer has identified himself/herself to administer oaths and take testimony in connection with the enforcement of the Immigration and Nationality laws of the United States. He/she has informed me that he/she desires to take my sworn statement regarding: ____________. ....... I swear that I will tell the truth the whole truth....." 然后下面就问有没有犯过罪等几个简单问题。这个sworn statement 的最下面两行是: Sworn and subscribed before me: signature of USCIS officer, signature of Witness. 这个读起来好像是说我父母应该在这个面试官前发誓，并且当面签这个文件。上次面试的时候，他并没有要我父母发誓，然后就寄了这个文件过来。总觉得这个sworn statment应该当面签。所以我想到infopass. 如果就这么寄去, Signature of witness 就先空着是吗？麻烦８老师了！
