从NSC的辖区搬家到TSC的辖区。当时485是交给NSC，EAD/AP也是NSC批的。现在要renew，是寄给NSC，还是TSC 啊？

-It is TSC (check the Instructions). The I-765/I-131 filing address is based on where you are currenlty living, not where your I-485 was filed/located.
