谢谢老师的建议。只是好像AP申请要至少3个多月，我们最快7月初递交，9月底之前恐怕收不到AP吧（他们9月底必须回中国）？是这样吗？谢谢！

-If they can not reeive the approved AP at that time, they may just bring their passport,  the I-131 filing receipt and I-485 receipt to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP.
