我OPT 2月过期的，在之后的60-day grace period 期间（4月初）申请了B2 旅游签证，理由是好朋友的phd毕业典礼在8月，申请后status是pending， 合法的。昨天收到移民局让我补充一些材料：
1 submit a statement in which you describe ur intention concerning departure from US.
2 submit evedence to establish that you have made arrangement to depart tht US upon completion of your temporary stay in US. 比如机票
3 Regulation require that B2 must establish that she has a residence abroad which she has no intention of abandoninh. 需要翻译成英语。
请问我是需要自己找个律师还是要自己写这些材料呢？ 我被拒的可能性大吗？
我现在还有可能申请F1么？
