我儿子（和前夫所生）想来美国和我在一起，我要填什么表格，做什么手续，和准备什么相关的资料呢？

-Depends on what purpose for his travel. If he just visits you temporarily, then he may apply for B-2 visa; if he wants to study in US, he may just apply for F-1 visa. If he wants to immigrate to US (i.e. get green card), then you may file I-130 for him to apply for the immigrant visa in China following the I-130 Instructions.
