1），18.a我应该填YES or NO?

另外， 我准备了2015，2014 和2012年的tax return transcript,，是不是18.b打勾了，就要全交，不打勾就交2015年的就可以了？

2）. 19.a. : Most recent 是2015 tax year, 2nd Most recent 是2014 tax year, 3rd Most recent 是2013 tax year 因为我2013没有报税，填 $0,

3）, 20，我2013没有报税，我需要打勾吗？
-Yes, and epxlain it and provide the evidence that your income was below the IRS requied level.
另外，我需要在Page12上写说明为什么没有报税吗？
