如果我在美国境内RENEW 我妻子的TD,是不是她在等待TD批准这段时间内不能出美国？

-She can leave US any time, but she needs to apply for the TD visa to reenter US. Bring the I-539 (TD extension) filing receipt notice in case the VO asks for it.

申请过程大概需要多长时间？

-Case by case.
