我妈綠卡已拿了十一年， 在美的总年头已超五年，但是I-400 表上只能填最近五年在美呆的天数，加起来也不到一年半，这样可以申请公民吗？ 多谢！

-No. Your mother is not qualified for N-400 filing at this time. She has to stay in US for at least 30 months within the last 5 years when she files N-400.
