Need help on Canada Imm!

My case of applying immigrating to Canada was transfered from HongKong to Baffalo Last Jan. I got my new file# two months later and was told I would get notification of interview within six months. But from then on, there was no feedback all along no matter how many faxes I have sent to them. Nearly two years have past and I really really wonder how to get in touch with the immigration center in Baffalo and get my application status. Can anyone do me a favor? Thank you so much. I now live in Austin.
