I140已经批了六个月，I485 pending时间也超过6个月。目前我想自己在美国创业，开设自己的公司。公司的业务范围和和目前的工作基本一样，都是同一个行业。当然自己的公司自己负责所有的业务开展，也包括我目前工作单位的岗位职责。

您觉得这样会影响我的绿卡申请吗？

-No. It is fine as long as you work for your own company with the same/similar field as that indicated on the PERM/I-140.

对于我自己的公司，我在公司注册上需要注意什么？

-I am not familiar with the law/rule about establishment of a company.

当然刚开始阶段注册公司业务可能也不很多，也不会雇佣很多人员，8老师能不能给一些建议？谢谢！

-It is fine for your I-485 even if you work by yourself only, but you may need to use EAD to work.
