请问8老师和各位朋友, 我交了入籍申请打了指纹, 在面试前可以回国吗?

-Yes.

如果可以回国的话, 回美国面试后是可以回国再回来宣誓还是要在这里等宣誓?

-If you take the oath, you need to have the US passport to travel.  You can use the green card before you take the oath. By the way, don't stay in China for > 180 days if you use green card to travel.
