很惭愧，来美11年，我和小孩（16岁）现在的485还在pending （下个月排期倒退，基本上没希望最近能绿）。LG作为主申请人，已收到绿卡。

小孩现在的身份只是AOS，没有H4身份，有AP。请问小孩能否值持护照和AP回中国过个暑假，然后返回美国。会不会不给入境？

-No problem. It is safe if the child returns to US before the AP expires.
