我在一个非E-verify的公司工作，是permanent position，但是公司除了我之外只有一个full time的researcher。我的OPT还有几个月就到期了。请问8老师，如果老板愿意, 这样的公司可以帮我办理O-1吗？

如果可以，需要我回国签证吗？

-No if the O-1 petition is filed before your OPT expires or within 60 days after OPT expires.
