请教8老师关于O-1的问题

我在一个非E-verify的公司工作，是permanent position，但是公司除了我之外只有一个full time的researcher。我的OPT还有几个月就到期了。请问8老师，如果老板愿意, 这样的公司可以帮我办理O-1吗？如果可以，需要我回国签证吗？
