大家好,

如果作为美国公司派回国工作的人员, 每年在中国工作时间会比较长的时候, 据说可以申请一个travel permit来保证不影响绿卡状态, 有效期两年, 绿色封面, 护照大小... 不知道是不是大家说的回美证? 申请的话, 是要填DS131么? 如果不是, 请指点具体的文件

-It is "Reentry permit". File I-131 to apply for it following I-131 Instructions. See:
