父母有一方１０年前旅游签证来过美国，但是呆了３年多，也就是说有两年多没有合法身份。他们已在国内呆超过１０年了。如果去移民面试，会不会因为这个原因而拒签？
-It should be OK. Because their 10-year bar has expired, they should have no problem to get the immigrant visa.
需要补充些什么材料吗？
-Nothing special. Just provide the evidence of their leaving US such as the entry stamp on their passport by the Chinese Customs Officer when they returned to US (the CBP system should have their leaving record if they returned their I-94 to the Airlines at that time when they left US).
