我担心的是 当我在美国海外领馆放弃美国国籍并立即被收走美国护照时
我立刻变成没有身份证明的黑人 即不能进入美国也不能旅行 这该怎么办呀？
-That is not the US Government's concern, so you had better give up the US citizenship in China, and then get the Chinese passport in China to travel.
