绿卡面试通知问题

请教8老师。 我为父母申请了绿卡。USCIS 的 case status 显示“As of April 19, 2016, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. ” 但是3个多星期过去了，还没收到面试通知，这个正常吗？其他的信件，例如父母的回美证， 都是在Case status 更新后几天就收到了。这个等了这么久，有点担心。谢谢。
