稍提一下背景：我的绿卡2015月11月已批，为先生同时申请的824同时批准，现在他在中国正填写DS-260 （多谢您一路无私的帮助！）。表格中有一个问题：Is your spouse immigrating to the US with you? Yes or No?

I think the answer should be No because I have already immigrated. Is this correct?
