请问8老师，父母在国内退休后来美，绿卡已经2年了，应该怎么申请unemployment compensation或是low income compensation? 是不是只有到65岁才能申请pension？

-I have no idea. You may contact the Department of Labor in your State. By the way,  they should not be qualified for the compensation in cash. Non-cash assistance may be OK.
