我是EB-3 中国，I-140上 优先日期是 8/19/2014， 从三月开始排期I-485交件时期 一直是 5/01/2015
我三月底 Filed I-485 to Arizona， 半月后包裹退回被拒， 原因是 我的排期未当前。 我重新检查后认定自己的交件排期当前（final action decision 未到） 所以四月中又将包裹寄出并附信 解释一番， 不料想 又被退回 理由同上。第一次以为他们粗心搞错了， 可第二次又被拒。
真搞不懂我哪搞错了？ 望指点迷津 万分感谢！
-USCIS changed the I-485 filing rule for employment-based category for March and April, and the I-485 filing was based on whether your PD was earlier than the Final Action Date, not the Date for Filing. So, you were not qualifed for filing I-485 in March or April.
