前面我说到了想用follow to join帮我们收养的孩子申请绿卡，8老师说我们只用file I-485就行了，不用file I-824。
是不是因为我们孩子现在已经合法在美国了，所以只需要file I-485就行了；而I-824是针对dependent在美国国外的，需要Consular Processing？请8老师指正
