请教８老师: 我妈妈拿签证２０１６年１月５日进入美国; 如果她７月４日离美行吗？

-Check her I-94 expiration date. She had better leave US before/on the date of her I-94 expiration. If she leaves later than that date, her B-2 visa stamp will be invalid even if it is valid for 10 years, and thus, she has to apply for a new B-2 visa again if she wants to visit US again in the future.

网上说不超过６个月， 如果拿样的话，应该可以; 但是１月５日到７月４日是１８１天，会不会有问题。
