B1/B2签证:６个月 or １８１天?

请教８老师: 我妈妈拿签证２０１６年１月５日进入美国; 如果她７月４日离美行吗？网上说不超过６个月， 如果拿样的话，应该可以; 但是１月５日到７月４日是１８１天，会不会有问题。
