H1B六年期满后公司可以申请TN，然后告知可以再申请H1B 无需抽签。我觉得不可能再申请H1B啦。如申请H1B必须离美一年以上而且还得抽签。我的理解对吗？
-Your understanding is right. Unless your H-1B had been extended beyond the 6-year H-1 limit before, you have to stay outsidde US for at least one year to be qualifed for another 6-year H-1 quote.
