请问8老师，

母亲持B1签证已经来美未到三个月，父亲身体原因还在国内，短期内不能来美。

我可以先给父亲申请绿卡，然后等母亲入境三个月再给母亲申请吗？

-Yes. Then, indicated on the I-130 that your father will apply for the immigrant visa in China.
