最近TSC针对party member 485申请发了一批RFE
有 一部分RFE，上面直接写了： you statement comes from a widely used template online,要求sworn statement 和evidence。但是evidence里面要求提供的退党证明和党认可你退党的证据，根本无法获得。在这种情况下，应该如何应对呢？
-You have to provide what the RFE asks. You may ask the Party member who worked with you and knows you to provide a letter, and then provide that letter for the RFE.
1）是不是只剩下file i601一条路了？那什么时候file，是越早越好么？
2）party member是不是剧485的理由？
-Not really, but you need to provide the statement addressing why you joined the Party (e.g. for employment and/or promotion). You had better write the statement by yourself, not just copy the template form internet (it worked before, but after too many people copied it, USCIS may feel something strange).
我看到移民法上说，只要有美国籍直系亲属，都可以豁免拿到绿卡。是这样的么？
3）鉴于这样的情况，关于party member的statement,能不能请8老师指点一下怎么写？
