哥哥移民排期到。case已经移到NVC。哥哥想延后2到3年等退休后再来。问题:

1. 最长可以延迟多久？

-The case can not be delayed. If your brother does not apply for the immigrant visa within one year after NVC contact you, then the case will be cancelled and the I-130 will be invalid (equal to that you never file I-130). He can get the immigrant vai to enter US to become a green card holder, then apply for reentery permit to stay in China for > one year < two years.

2. 可以在中国国内办理延长？还是要来美国办理？

3. 要等NVC通知我后再申请吗？
