8老师您好，我现在在consular processing阶段，刚刚交了IV fee,请问何时能收到NVC发给我的NVC welcome letter的email?
我现在居住的国家要办无犯罪证明，必须要一个notice from NVC requesting the police clearance. The notice should include the case number and the applicant's name.
请问这里说的这个notice就是NVC welcome letter吧？我还有俩月就要离开这个国家了，急需这个notice好在离开前办好无犯罪证明。
有人说交了IV fee以后NVC不会主动发什么notice,就靠申请人主动填DS-260和submit supporting documents. 不知是真是假。这情况我根本无法获得无犯罪证明啊。这该怎么办呢？
