请问8老师，姐姐在等移民，他儿子想来美读书，面试官如果问小孩子他的父母是否申请移民，他面试的成功率会很低吗？

-No. He is not considered to have immigrant intent yet (your sister has, but not the child at this point). Just tell the truth if asked.
