-If you don't pay the fee for their travel, you don't need provide any.

必须要填写I-134表格吗？

-No unless you pay the fee for them.

 

弟弟条件比我好，他们自己出费用的。

-Yes. They need to provide their income or deposit account when they are interviewed.
