File H1B amendment需要多久才能得到答复？

请教8老师，

由于工作需要，要到异地的分公司工作，公司也已file H1B amendment超过的半年时间，现在还没有批复与否的任何消息，请问这正常吗? H1B amendment一般要多久才能得到批复？
