有的人说OPT 12 个月，有的人说两年，有的人说17 个月？

-Regular OPT is for 12 months, and if your major is STEM, you can extend OPT for another 24 months befor the 12-month OPT expires.

除了OPT，学生也可申请CPT 吗？

-Yes.

不会影响OPT 吗？

-May be or may be not, depends how long the CPT (check it with your International Student Office).
