我正在为父母同时申请绿卡。有些问题想请教您。

1. 父母同时申请绿卡，他们的申请是放在同一个信封

-Same for both cases.

Question 1 on the I-130 for your father: put your mother's name and put "Mother". Same principle for another I-130.

Question 2:  select "No" for both I-130.
