在美期间办的EB3, I-140已批，等排期期间于2012年全家搬到加拿大至今，持有枫叶卡，尚未入籍
离开美国之前以H1B身份工作了6年半，延期两次，每次都是3年
Priority Date 早在2013年初就已经是current了
我的问题是：
现在美国的原公司很希望我能回去做同样的工作，
-You can ask the employer to file H-1 petition for you and then, you can apply for the H-1B visa in Canada to enter US to work.
若回到原公司工作，可以马上申请I-485吗？
-Yes as long as the priority date is current and the employer still support your green card.
重新办理H1B需要抽签吗？
-No. Just provide the copy of the last H-1B petition and the copy of the I-140 approval notice for the new H-1B petition. The lawyer knows this well. You may ask the employer to use premium processing to get the H-1 petition approved in 15 days, then you can apply for the H-1 visa quickly.
是不是即使抽中了也要10月份才可以工作？
