填写I７６５时，那个Eligibility Category怎么填写？

-Put "(c)(9)"

我是申请婚姻绿卡，本人有H１B。

还有开头那个I am applying for, I should check Permission, not renewal or replacement, right?

-Check "Permission to accept employment" if it is your first time to apply for the EAD.
