我有H１B， 刚来美国时是J１，现在申请婚姻绿卡yao填写I７６５？

-I-765 is for application for EAD to work, and it is optional. You may not need it because you are H-1 holder. But it does not hurt you to have it, but not use it (there is not filing fee, anyway).
