我想把自己的亲外甥（妹妹的儿子）办来美国，他现在已经14周岁了，如果今年申请我妹妹连未成年孩子的话，等到他们排期到（10年-12年）后，我外甥早已经是成年人了，请问那时他还可以通过审核跟他妈妈一起过来吗？

-It is hard to predict, depends on how fast the I-130 is approved. So, just try and nothing loses anyway.

还有什么方式可以帮助他过来呢？

-He may study hard and apply for a college/university in US and study in US as most of us did.
