如果选option B，H1B transfer 成了会自动延期三年吗？

-You need to ask your new employer to file the H_1 petition for you for another three years (indicate the start date and ending date in the I-129).  You also provide the copy of the I-140 approval notice to the new employer and ask the employer to enclose it with the I-129 filing. Thus, USCIS will approve the H-1 petition for another three years beyond your 6-year H-1 limit using the I-140 approval notice.

我可不可以不辞职，先让新公司做H1B transfer，批准后再从现公司辞职呢？
