我是2011年的NIW，交了485快一年了，刚收到信要补材料，基本上是没事找事，好像我们交的材料都混乱了一样。其中有一项是关于employment，不确定怎么回答，来问8老师的建议，看怎么回答合适。
这是那段：“Submit a letter of employment attesting to your offer of proposed employment. This letter should be written on the company’s official letterhead and cite the date you will begin working, whether the position is permanent and full-time, a description of the position, a description of the position that you currently hold for the company (if any), and the offered salary.”
我是把employment letter 一起交上去的，在现在的单位很多年了，一直没敢动弹。
-Provide what the RFE asked even if you did it before. USCIS want to know your current employment status. If your employer does not want to address this position is "permanent", then you can ask the employer to use the sentences like "His position has no definite term and thus, Mr. XXX has the expectation to be employed continually".
By the way, you can change your job any time you want to as long as the new job is in the same/similar field.
