谢谢您上次的回复。目前我的F1已经收到approval notice.

现在我先生申请H1b （现在是TN),我跟着申请H4，请问我需要提供的材料有哪些？

-If you file H-4 togther with your spouse H-1 petition, then provide the following:

1 The completed Form I-539 and sign
2  check of $290

3 copies of your F-1 approval notice with I-94, I-20  and your TD I-94.  

4.  copy of your passport information pages including entry stamp or/and visa page
5. copy marriage certificate

需要I20 吗？

-Yes.
