请教关于推荐信的问题！谢谢！

我准备通过NIW申请绿卡，现正在准备推荐信。虽然律师给了我几份sample，发现在写推荐信时最后还是才思枯竭，许多形容词，副词都重复多次了，而且很多套话都已经用完，想不出别的了。请问有经验的法居士能否帮帮我，给我一点启示？还有推荐信内容是不是很重要？内容能不能有重复？还是推荐人的职位更重要？谢谢各位了！
