上次请教你关于催I485审批一事。我昨天电话了移民局，移民局给了我一个referral ID，并讲如果60天后没有信息给以电话###。
我想请教的是1，我体检时2014年九月份做的，移民局会不会以这个为理由让我退了，重新体检？
-Normally most IO do not require people to re-do the physical exam. If they need, they will send you RFE for it, not deny your case directly.
2，我是不是要等60天后才能再给移民局询问，或者是不是在60天后才能给congressman写信？
-You can ask the US Senator/Congressman in your state to ehlp you any time you want to.
3，我电话咨询移民局或者给congressman写信会不会反而延迟我的案件审批？
-No. No negative effect.
