8老师您好！

我是中国大陆的一名想移民到美国的人士。我想今年准备niw材料,年内递交NIW-I140表，但我单位希望明年派我出访美国，到时候肯定是商务签证。我去年11月曾因公商务签证赴美。

我担心递交I140表后是否会导致无法入境美国(担心美国海关不让入境)。不知道您如何处理这样的情况？

-If teh IO asks this issue, just explain that it takes a long time for you to apply for the immigrant visa in China, and shows the evidence to the IO that you will return to China after the short business trip.
