485现在是Current， 但不知道何时能批下来。AP下月就要过期了，因家人生病，需要五月份中旬回国一次，时间大约一个月。请问:

如想用AP处境，就需要重新申请AP，现在还来得及吗？

-Just file a new AP application (it is free, anyway) now. If you can not the approved AP in time, you just need to bring the I-131 filing receipt notice to the local USCIS Office to get the emergency AP for the travel.

如果用AP出境，在境外时485会批准吗？如批准，回来入境时还能用AP入境吗？

-Yes.

律师建议回国申请H1B入境，用I94出境，如在境外时485批准，能用H1B入境吗？

-AP is much better than H-1 visa in your case.
